I. POSITION SUMMARY
Assists the Assistant Dean for Research Integrity in maintaining the operations of the Research Integrity Division with regard to Conflicts Management, Research Misconduct Investigation, and serves as the Division’s Archivist.
II. POSITION ACTIVITIES
A. Oversight and supervision of the Conflicts Management Office (CMO) and the Conflicts Advisory Panel (CAP); including development of Conflict Management Plans, coordination and management of agendas and follow-up activities, including communication with faculty and deans; management of annual financial disclosure program for all WCMC employees and faculty and coordination with NYPH.
B. Oversight of Research Integrity/Conflicts Management Policy revision and dissemination.
C. Oversight and supervision of Research Archives (Storage and Scanning), Financial Disclosure: Annual and Study Specific.
D. Provides direct support to the Research Integrity Associate and Assistant Dean of Research Integrity with regard to conflicts management and misconduct.
E. Serves as liaison for the Division to institutional committees as needed.
III. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS Required; MA/MS Preferred; 5 to 7 Years in Academic/Research Administration.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, organizational skills, mentoring skills, and computer literacy.
