Professional position available immediately. Responsibilities: direct, coordinate, and supervise the administrative and clerical functions of research compliance; function as primary administrative and programmatic support for the Institutional Review Board (IRB) and Animal Care and Use Committee (ACUC); provide consultation, assistance, and dissemination of information regarding the IRB and ACUC review processes; participate as an ex-official member of Institutional Bio-Safety Committee and Radiation Safety Committee. Minimum qualifications: bachelor’s degree in a science, social science, or related field; significant experience in research compliance or in experimental or clinical research or in animal facility management; excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred qualifications: advanced degree; experience in review of research protocols; CRA, CCIP, or other related professional certifications.
