Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled experienced Clinical Research Coordinators to join our Arthroplasty Service and our Spine Service. We are a premier Orthopedic and Rheumatologic Institution located in the heart of the Upper East Side of New York City.
Job Responsibilities Include:
•Prepares all Regulatory Documents and submits to the IRB
•Performs functions necessary for completion of research protocols such as screening and scheduling patients, patient enrollment, data collection, processing and shipping blood samples.
•Designing and completing source documentation to ensure safety of all study participants.
•Completing case report forms
•Works with study sponsor and monitor to ensure data quality and regulatory compliance under GCP/ICH guidelines
•Experience with IDE submissions a plus
Job Qualifications Include:
•Must be experienced in clinical research coordination; certification a plus
•Excellent MS office skills including excel
•Must be able to coordinate and track multiple activities, and meet precise deadlines
•Must demonstrate success in meeting enrollment quotas
•Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and follow regulations.
•Must be able to work independently
•Must exhibit strong communication skills.
•Requires a self-starting, high energy individual.
