Assistant Project Leader (Fort Lauderdale, FL)
The Independent Investigational Review Board, Inc. is seeking a full time Assistant Project Leader to join the team! An Assistant Project Leader is responsible for providing day to day assistance to a Project Leader's management of multiple projects to include preparation, maintenance and administrative duties of client files from document submission to post review.
Essential Functions
* Establish and maintain client relationships via telephone and e-mail
* Receive client submissions channeled through Project Leader or client via mail, e-mail and fax
* Ensure submission completeness of assignments and follow up with client to obtain missing information for review
* Generate draft letters and memorandums using computer database system
* Assist the Project Leader in the preparation of files for review
* Incorporate actions and requests into the Informed Consent Forms under the direction of the Project Leader
* Maintain record of projects and submit for invoicing on a weekly basis
* Monitor timely submission of monthly Progress Report Form/Study Closeout Report submissions and ensure proper completion for review
* Produce photocopies of relevant documents for client file and distribute as directed
* Participate in monthly staff meetings
Minimum Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training;
* Demonstrates proficiency and effectiveness in verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
* Moderate computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Basic mathematical ability, including calculation of figures and payment amounts
* Ability to cooperate and take direction from Project Leader and senior staff members
