Use your leadership skills and experience in customer service supervision to enable your team to deliver time-sensitive, compliance documentation that meets strict quality standards to customers in research organizations across the country.
We have grown steadily over recent years and have developed an excellent reputation for quality and service. This is a new position created to lead our customer service delivery teams to the next level in furthering customer relations and responding to the increasing competition in delivering accurate information and documentation to our customers across the US. Quorum Review is located in downtown Seattle.
Analytical skills are essential as you develop the ability for the group to deliver new services. Your ability to address unique service issues with pragmatic problem solving skills and sensitivity to customer impact will be important to your success.
The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in leadership and supervision. 3-5 years of experience is required in areas of customer service preferably in a regulated industry such as healthcare, research, financial or legal services.
