Since 1974, PRIM&R has offered educational events where professionals gather to discover, discuss, and debate issues affecting the world of research ethics and oversight. Always a tremendous learning and networking opportunity, this dynamic meeting serves those involved in every facet of the research protections arena.
The 2008 Advancing Ethical Research Conference brings together experts from public and private institutions, affording them the opportunity to gain powerful insights and skill-sets through concrete and stimulating panel presentations and discussions, as well as highly practical workshops and didactic sessions. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn how to balance ethics and regulations, concrete ways to improve relationships among researchers and IRBs/HRPPs, best practices in the field, as well as fresh strategies for dealing with both late-breaking and longstanding challenges.
