Your password is automatically assigned when you are approved for membership in The IRB Forum. You will receive the password, along with instructions on using The IRB Forum, in an e-mail message shortly after your membership is approved. If you forget your password, select The IRB Forum, enter your e-mail address in the login screen and select "Forgot your password?" The password will be sent to your e-mail address. If you receive a message that "Your account is not yet active", your application has not yet been approved. Be patient, and wait until the initial message is sent to your e-mail address. If you receive a message that "an account matching your e-mail address does not exist," your registration was not received. Please return to Register, complete the necessary information, and select "submit form". For current members, you can obtain your password by going to the User page, entering your e-mail address and selecting "Forgot your password?"
